Starting as an apprentice at the age of 11 in a family computer shop in Norfolk, I have matured alongside the technological advancements, while maintaining an understanding of the needs of small businesses and home users when it comes to computers. My objective has always been to offer a straightforward, professional, and friendly approach to all computing matters.
